In case of any questions/issues, you can request help from our Support team. 


We provide two options:

  • Chat - for immediate response
  • Ticket - for more complex issues


Chat


You can find Chat icon on the bottom right corner of web Blocktrade account:


After clicking on Chat, you need to choose the topic of your request first. 


⚠️ If you do not see the topic of your request, you can select General category.  


Then you can ask the question or describe your issue with as many details as possible. The more information we have, the better we will be able to help. 



Ticket


If you are experiencing some complex technical issue, it is better to open a ticket. 


1. Go to our website, and on the bottom menu click Support Center:


2. On Support Center page you can find a lot of helpful information. If you still cannot find an answer to your question, click on Request Help button:


3. A form will open up, where you need to fill the following fields:

  • What do you need help with? Choose the most related topic to your question/issue
  • Subject of the ticket
  • Your message - ask your question/describe your problem as detailed as possible
  • Attach screen shots/videos


After that click Submit button:


4. Done! You have successfully created a ticket. You will get an additional automated email with the registered ticket number. 


After that our Support team will process your request and reply as soon as possible.
